Brian and I have combined our passions--mine being hiking and Brian's being videography. When we go out - we pack our hiking gear and Brian packs his video equipment. Sometimes we stage movies but most of the time he just films and "plays" with the footage later. (Way easier to film our cast--4 boys ages 9, 7, 5, and 2 doing whatever they want rather then trying to direct their actions. More often than not they will warm up to the camera and shouts of "dad film me doing this..." echo in the woods.) The kids love it. Our family loves it and we look forward to what is daddy going to do with this later. Anyway without further ado this is the latest video. Brian used HitFilm 2 Ultimate, Toon.FX and Toon.FX2, and Mocha (motion tracking software) to re-create our Vaugn Woods hiking experience.
