Winter

So winter is now upon us. The snow is here--not much mind you, actually barely enough to play in. The boys have been loving that the snow is so icy solid --really fun to slide on. We are trying to settle into an after the holidays and newborn baby routine. Some days it works, most days I feel like we are mired in slow motion. Anyway Ben is doing great. He is now a whopping 12 lbs, 11 oz. Ean and Ben are going to be best buds for sure...Ben loves to sit in his bumbo and watch Ean play trains (Ean loves it too) .

We also had our first winter hike....at our favorite spot. Thorncrag Bird Sanctuary more affectionately known by our kids as Hop Frog Pond ( from the Little Bear book) It was fun to share it with cousins ...
